GCP training

GCP training your team will actually use

Bespoke ICH-GCP E6(R3) training, delivered remotely by an ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor and clinical QA consultant — grounded in how your trial actually runs.

The challenge

Most GCP training is generic, recorded years ago, and forgotten by the following week. It satisfies a training record and changes nothing about how a team works.

It is also increasingly out of date. E6(R3) reorganised GCP around risk-proportionate quality management and sharpened what sponsors must evidence when activities are delegated. A team trained under R2 has been trained against expectations that have since moved.

What's included

Core session for the wider team

GCP fundamentals and regulatory expectations, pitched at everyone who touches the trial rather than only clinical operations.

Deep session for clinical operations

Two to three hours on the E6(R3) changes, sponsor and investigator responsibilities, risk-based conduct, data integrity and ALCOA+, informed consent and safety reporting.

Q&A on your actual trial

Time set aside for your team's scenarios, not hypothetical ones.

Assessment and certificates

A short assessment to confirm comprehension, with completion records and certificates for your training file.

How it works

01

Tell us about your team

Roles, experience, and what your trial involves — so the session addresses your model rather than a generic one.

02

We tailor the programme

Content built around your structure, your outsourcing model and the areas your team is least sure about.

03

Delivered remotely, with records

Live sessions, assessment and certificates, delivered to fit around your team's time zones.

Training is delivered by an ISO 9001:2015 certified auditor and clinical QA consultant, so the session is grounded in what inspectors actually look for rather than in the text of the guideline alone.

Everyone contributing to a trial needs GCP training proportionate to their role, and you need records to evidence it. The programme produces both.

Add-ons

Bought alongside this, not instead of it.

Refresher training

Most teams refresh every two to three years, and always when the guideline changes materially. E6(R3) is that kind of change.

Training for new joiners

Repeat sessions or recorded materials so people who join mid-trial are not left to catch up informally.
